In Australia, medical research funding grants are more competitive than ever and sadly Western Australia only received 3.4% of the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) Medical Research Grants funding in 2022. This means research projects that could save lives may not receive the essential funding they need. RPH Research Foundation has been funding this critical research for four decades, but we cannot do it without support from the community.
