Exciting Changes Coming to RPH Research Foundation: A New Courtyard and entrance to the Research Facility

Exciting changes are on the way at the RPH Research Foundation hub. Our next major capital works project will focus on revitalising the courtyard between the RPH Research Foundation administration and research buildings—transforming it into an inviting and attractive space designed for relaxation, collaboration, and connection.

As part of this upgrade, we will also remodel the ground floor lobby of the research building including a new concierge service to enhance security and provide for a more welcoming experience for visitors.

This rejuvenated courtyard will soon become a connective hub for Researchers and their staff, RPH staff, hospital visitors, and the wider community. Whether you’re looking for a quiet place to enjoy your lunch, catch up with colleagues over coffee, or simply take a moment to unwind, this beautifully redesigned space will be the perfect retreat.

Key features of the new courtyard will include:

✔ Comfortable seating areas to relax and catch up with colleagues over coffee 

✔ A brand-new café, run by one of Perth’s leading coffee providers offering barista made coffee and light meals 

✔ Revitalised landscaping, bringing green spaces into the research hub

✔ A peaceful and inviting atmosphere, ideal for both work and downtime.

This project is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the spaces within and around the research hub, making them more accessible, enjoyable, and welcoming for everyone.
